Nat Habit raises ₹142 Cr to expand offline reach to 200,000 stores

Nat Habit has secured ₹142 Cr (around $14.7 million) in a Series C funding round led by Trident Growth Partners. The capital will be used to grow its offline footprint from roughly 20,000 stores to 200,000 stores over the next three years.

The fresh capital will be deployed to invest in research and development, formulation, and new manufacturing facilities for the planned sunscreen and serum lines. Nat Habit intends to strengthen its presence on quick‑commerce platforms alongside the offline rollout. The brand will also adjust pack sizes and communication to target what it calls the ‘Bharat consumer’, expanding beyond its current higher‑income, higher‑education base. Existing investors Bertelsmann India Investments, Mirabilis Investment Trust, and Sharrp Ventures participated in the round, while Physis Capital and Hero Family Office joined the cap table. Nat Habit reports having served more than 60 lakh households across India and cites an annualised gross revenue of ₹330 crore. Before this Series C, the startup raised $10.2 million in a Series B round in 2023, which it said would fund product diversification, brand building, offline expansion and hiring.

“Our ambition now is to make our products accessible to many more households across India,” Swagatika Das, cofounder said.

Before this round, Nat Habit raised $10.2 million in its Series B funding in 2023 for product diversification, brand building, offline expansion and hiring. The fundraise adds to recent investments in India’s ayurvedic and herbal wellness segment, following Kapiva’s $60 million Series D in September 2025 and its ₹50 crore innovation fund launched earlier this year.
