Radiant Logistics reports $261 million Q4 revenue, shares rise 16%
Radiant Logistics posted $261 million in revenue for its fiscal fourth quarter ended June 30. The result lifted RLGT shares 16% in early Tuesday trading and drove adjusted earnings per share to 15 cents.
Adjusted EBITDA reached $10.4 million for the quarter. The company amended its $200 million revolving credit facility in August.
“While these market trends are not fully reflected in our results for the June quarter, we view these developments as constructive for our domestic operations in general and our U.S. Brokerage operations, in particular,” Bohn Crain, founder and CEO said.
The quarter saw a volatile trade landscape that increased demand for customs brokerage and compliance services, alongside tightening in domestic truckload and intermodal markets.
