ISEE partners with Holman to lease, retrofit and maintain autonomous yard trucks

ISEE announced on Friday a strategic partnership with investor Holman to provide leasing, retrofitting and maintenance for its autonomous yard trucks in North America. Holman will also finance and manage the fleets, leveraging its newly launched Holman Robotics unit from December 2025 to offer a full‑lifecycle solution. Customers can equip their own trucks, lease from Holman, or use ISEE‑supplied autonomous‑ready vehicles, all retrofitted before delivery.

Retrofits apply to trucks already in service, while new units will come through OEM partners such as TICO, which teamed with ISEE in April 2025.

Factory‑built autonomous yard trucks are slated to begin in 2027, matching ISEE’s serial‑production target.

Multiple Fortune 100 customers have expressed interest in deploying thousands of autonomous yard trucks over the next couple of years.

Demand is rising as manufacturing, data‑center and infrastructure projects expand across the United States.

“First of all, you have to figure out where to get the truck. Either buy it, or lease it, or rent it,” Debbie Yu, president and co-founder of ISEE said.

“By combining Holman’s robot fleet leasing and management infrastructure with ISEE’s autonomous technology, we can provide customers with a practical solution covering the full vehicle lifecycle,” Joe Foster, Holman’s vice president of robotics said.

Before the partnership, ISEE had been running prototypes and pilots with limited retrofit capacity, relying on in‑house work that fell outside its core expertise.

Holman launched its Robotics unit in December 2025 to pair financing with lifecycle management for robotic equipment.

ISEE had already partnered with terminal‑tractor maker TICO in April 2025 for new‑unit supply and is targeting 2027 for serial production.
