Jigsaw reports 21% online sales rise as store and concession sales grow

Jigsaw reported a 21% increase in online sales alongside growth in its store and concession channels. Store sales rose 6% overall and 11% on a like-for-like basis, while concession sales jumped 47%.

International online sales climbed 48% while UK online sales rose 19%. The brand opened a new store in Glasgow at the end of July and appointed former Ted Baker global retail director Chris Browne as retail director in April. Jigsaw has instructed property adviser Colliers to identify ten new UK store locations and will launch its Autumn/Winter 2026 collection through the Nordstrom and Macy’s marketplaces in partnership with Refined Networks.

“We have focused relentlessly on making the product better and more distinctive, while bringing greater discipline to how we buy, trade and operate,” Tikki Godley said.

In April Jigsaw appointed former Ted Baker global retail director Chris Browne as its new retail director and tasked property adviser Colliers with finding ten new store locations across the UK. The brand said the results show its turnaround is working.
