Link Logistics buys four last‑mile sites adding 697,276 sq ft in DFW and Atlanta
Link Logistics announced the acquisition of four terminals in the Dallas‑Fort Worth and Atlanta metro areas, adding 697,276 square feet of space. After the deal, Link Logistics operates over 34 million square feet in the Dallas‑Fort Worth market and more than 38 million square feet in the Atlanta area.
The acquired portfolio includes two facilities in Irving and Grand Prairie, Texas, totaling nearly 400,000 square feet, a 249,000‑square‑foot site in Suwanee, Georgia, and a smaller parcel in Farmers Branch, Texas. Link Logistics said the purchase aligns with its strategy to target infill locations supported by long‑term demand drivers. The company’s overall footprint now spans about 3,000 properties covering roughly 500 million square feet across North America.
“Our acquisition strategy is focused on expanding Link Logistics’ portfolio in infill-focused locations that are supported by strong long-term demand drivers,” Andrew Goodman, senior managing director of investments at Link Logistics said.
“Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta continue to see strong logistics demand as population growth and business investment support durable industrial fundamentals,” Laura Hyde, managing director of Investments at Link Logistics said.
Link Logistics already had a large presence in the Dallas‑Fort Worth and Atlanta markets before the acquisition. The Gateway Infill Growth Portfolio was sold by Oxford Properties Group. JLL represented Oxford in the transaction.
