Noah secures $38 million seed funding after 538% revenue surge
Noah closed a $38 million seed round after raising an additional $16 million from new and existing investors, building on $22 million raised earlier in 2025, according to a Wednesday press release. Year‑to‑date revenue jumped 538% versus 2025 while the company added more than 150 new customers.
The proceeds will fund expansion of Noah’s international money‑transfer platform, including broadening its regulatory licences, hiring engineering and compliance specialists, and strengthening connections with local payment rails. In the United States, Noah will open a New York office to accelerate domestic growth and support its stablecoin‑based settlement services. Today the platform is live in over 150 markets, supports more than 60 currencies, and enables smooth cross‑border payments for enterprises and individuals both directly and through partnerships with fintechs, neobanks and workforce platforms. The company also highlighted recent integrations, noting that its infrastructure was adopted by the MiniPay wallet in October 2025 and that it has partnered with Cedar Money, Bron and Aurea Hub to broaden its service network.
“Noah is building the infrastructure that will make one-click international transactions possible everywhere, with full compliance at both the origination and destination of funds,” Shah Ramezani said.
“Just as neobanks have revolutionized domestic banking, we want to redefine global money transfer markets,” Shah Ramezani said.
In May, PYMNTS reported that a new architectural model of cross‑border settlement is emerging and is being powered by stablecoins. Earlier, Noah’s technology was integrated into the non‑custodial MiniPay wallet to enable freelancers, creators and sellers to receive global payouts.
