Lowe’s promotes CMO Jen Wilson to executive VP, adds digital commerce as online sales jump 15.7%

In her expanded role, Wilson now oversees Lowe’s website and its third‑party Marketplace, in addition to marketing, retail media, loyalty, and personalization. She will join the company’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO as part of the senior‑level strategy group. The promotion follows a period in which Lowe’s comparable sales grew just 0.2% in Q2 2026 while online sales surged 15.7%, underscoring the channel’s growing importance.

“It was really important for Lowe’s, and it’s important for our customer, to be able to deliver that consistent experience,” Jen Wilson, Chief Marketing Officer said.

Wilson has been with Lowe’s for more than two decades and was named chief marketer in June 2024 after leading the paint business and other merchandising roles.
