Beyond Yoga opens 2,300-square-foot NYC pop‑up running through early 2027
Beyond Yoga launched a 2,300‑square‑foot pop‑up store in New York City, the company said in a Thursday press release. The pop‑up is slated to stay open through early January 2027 and will be Beyond Yoga’s sole retail presence in the city.
Located in a former Paul Smith space in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, the store will sell exclusive New‑York‑only merchandise and host weekend movement classes led by local fitness instructors and studios. It builds on the brand’s 2024 weeklong pop‑up, Club Beyond, which offered drop‑in fitness and wellness sessions plus a bun and braid bar. The timing is meant to capture fall and holiday shopping traffic, and the company will also host its first East Coast edition of “Seek Beyond: Open Air” on Oct. 17, featuring a community run and a live performance by Natasha Bedingfield. Beyond Yoga, which Levi’s acquired in 2021, now operates 18 stores overall and plans to open additional locations in Denver and San Clemente, California, later this year.
“New York has long been one of our largest e-commerce markets and home to one of our most engaged communities, so establishing a physical presence here was an important next step for Beyond Yoga,” CEO Nancy Green said in a statement. “We're excited to build on the relationship we’ve established with this community online and create a more personal, localized expression of Beyond Yoga in one of our most important markets,” CEO Nancy Green said.
Before this pop‑up, Beyond Yoga ran a weeklong experiment called Club Beyond in New York City in 2024, offering drop‑in fitness and wellness classes and a bun and braid bar about two blocks from the current location. The brand, acquired by Levi’s in 2021, launched a digital lifestyle platform with Issa Rae in 2025 and has posted double‑digit growth over the past two quarters while planning new stores in Denver and San Clemente.
