Meta launches Muse for Small Business

Meta launched Muse for Small Business, extending its Muse personal AI agent—released in the United States and Canada earlier this month—to help owners run their businesses. Owners can link Shopify, Stripe, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Canva, Slack, and other tools, along with Facebook Pages, Instagram professional analytics, and Meta ad accounts. From there, they can assign goals such as building a growth plan from a year of sales and campaigns, drafting next week’s ads, or flagging expenses that look wrong, with all actions pending owner approval.

Muse itself is free to use, though paid subscription plans are available for owners who need additional features. The system does not publish, send, or process payments until the owner explicitly approves each output.
