Musgrave adds five SuperValu and Centra stores to Just Eat and Uber Eats
Musgrave Northern Ireland has added five company-owned SuperValu and Centra stores to Just Eat and Uber Eats through a partnership with Snappy Technologies. A further 13 company-owned stores are slated to join the platform in the next phase of the rollout across September.
The Order Aggregation platform enables Musgrave to handle orders, menus, promotions, and stock from various online marketplaces in a unified solution. It lets store teams manage marketplace activity efficiently while keeping service standards high. The rollout covers Northern Ireland, with plans to add more stores as demand for rapid grocery delivery grows.
“We're always looking at ways to make shopping easier and more convenient for our customers, and this partnership with Snappy Technologies is an important step in that journey. By connecting our SuperValu and Centra stores to leading delivery platforms such as Just Eat and Uber Eats, we're giving customers greater flexibility in how they shop, whether that's picking up essentials or ordering groceries for the week ahead,” Barry McVeigh, Head of Operational Support for Musgrave Northern Ireland said.
“Musgrave is taking an ambitious approach to q-commerce, and we’re excited to support its strategy. The rapid growth of q-commerce is creating a significant opportunity for retailers but reaching customers across multiple different marketplaces can also introduce additional operational complexity. Our OA platform is designed to remove this complexity, giving retailers a simpler way to manage marketplace activity while expanding digital reach,” Andy Batt, VP of Snappy Technologies said.
