Optiseller launches Managed Data platform to improve eBay listings for e‑sellers
Optiseller has launched its Managed Data as a Service (MDaaS) platform to help e‑sellers manage and optimise product data for eBay. Using the platform, Preamato Fashion optimized 2,204 SKUs in Q1 2026, raising average item specifics per SKU from 8 to 24. Item specifics grew from 17,736 to 53,677, a 203% increase, while average title length improved by 89%.
The MDaaS solution takes raw seller data, enriches it, maximises item specifics, enhances titles, and simplifies the upload process, ensuring compliance with eBay’s rules for maximum visibility. Optiseller handles the heavy lifting of listings, freeing sellers to focus on business growth. The service targets e‑sellers whose inventory expands rapidly, making manual data entry unwieldy.
“Listing products was taking up a huge amount of our team’s time. It was a manual, resource‑heavy process that slowed us down,” Sam Packard, founder, Preamato said.
“As Preamato has demonstrated, by streamlining and improving listing methods you can reach the top of the eBay rankings,” Martin McKinlay, senior account manager, Optiseller said.
Optiseller specialises in optimisation solutions for e‑commerce sellers. As sellers’ inventories grow, managing product data becomes unwieldy and can hurt sales.
