Ramp reaches $60 billion valuation after $1.85 billion funding round

Ramp announced a new funding round on Friday, Oct. 9, raising $1.85 billion and achieving a $60 billion valuation. The $60 billion valuation excludes the fresh capital, making Ramp the most highly valued private company in corporate spend management.

The round follows a Series F in June that brought in $750 million at a $44 billion valuation. Ramp said it now serves 70,000 businesses, up from 50,000 at the start of 2026, and that its annualized revenue had topped $1.5 billion. Its closest rival, Brex, was sold to Capital One earlier this year for $5 billion. Ramp also highlighted its Router tool, which it said reduces AI costs by about 30% by selecting the optimal model for each task.

“finance is going through the biggest structural change since the spreadsheet,” Eric Glyman, Co-Founder and CEO said.

In September, Bloomberg reported that Ramp was in early talks for a $60 billion valuation. That followed the company’s Series F in June, which raised $750 million at a $44 billion valuation. Earlier in 2026, Brex was acquired by Capital One for $5 billion.
