ReFiBuy adds Claude Commerce Agent support for continuous product data optimisation
ReFiBuy today announced support for the Claude Commerce Agent to deliver continuous product data optimisation for brands and retailers, addressing a keyword‑focused approach that has persisted for more than 20 years. The offering is built around five levels of Agentic Product Enrichment that layer conversational, shopper, market and agentic context onto core product attributes.
Through a bi‑directional link, ReFiBuy automatically pushes updated product catalog data from merchants to their Claude Commerce Agent while pulling anonymised shopper behavior from the agent to feed a closed‑loop reinforcement‑learning cycle that refines the catalog. Merchants can review suggested enrichment changes before they are published, ensuring each update becomes part of the live catalog for future shoppers and agents. A public demo site at www.refibuy.ai/cfc showcases the technology with 500 items spanning ten categories, allowing users to toggle enrichment on or off to see how the agent’s answers shift. The categories covered are Beauty & Personal Care; Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry; Electronics; Grocery; Health & Household; Home & Kitchen; Pet; Sports & Outdoors; Tools & Home Improvement; and Toys & Games.
“ReFiBuy’s bi-directional connection to Claude’s Commerce Agent allows brands and retailers to leverage their product catalog and Commerce Intelligence Engine investment in a new Agentic Commerce surface. In one direction, we automatically and continuously publish product catalog optimisations from the merchant to their Claude Commerce Agent. In the other direction, we capture anonymised shopper behavioral context from Claude Commerce Agent and that becomes an input into the closed-loop reinforcement learning (RL) product catalog improvement cycle,” Scot Wingo, CEO and co-founder, ReFiBuy said.
The announcement advances ReFiBuy’s ACO Everywhere strategy: helping brands and retailers compete wherever AI agents shape buying decisions. It brings Agentic Commerce Optimisation (ACO) i
