Salesforce introduces six‑capability AI offering

Salesforce introduced six capabilities and a new AI Control Plane for its AI offering. The six capabilities cover context, agency, action, governance, security, and models.

They are delivered via a common, composable architecture and rely on the customer data, processes, and controls already in place. Customers can use all six capabilities together as a single system or pick only the ones they need, combining Salesforce technology, their existing systems, or third‑party models and agents. Salesforce says it is drawing on core technologies from Data 360, Informatica, MuleSoft, Agent Fabric, Tableau, Agentforce, Salesforce Guardian and the Salesforce Platform to build the offering.

The Agentic Enterprise is changing how work gets done — and the role every person plays in it. As agents become part of how people work across every function of the business, they are taking on more complex work: understanding what is happening, deciding what to do next, taking action across systems, and working alongside people and other agents.
