Kulczykowski joins M&S as Senior Head of Software Engineering after Maersk
Roman Kulczykowski joined M&S as Senior Head of Software Engineering after leaving A.P. Moller - Maersk. He previously served as Technology Platform Leader and Senior Engineering Director at A.P. Moller - Maersk and was Head of SAP Technical Platforms at BP.
In his new role, he will lead teams across a broad portfolio of corporate systems, including SAP, focusing on strengthening engineering capability, improving quality and reliability, and enabling the safe and sustainable delivery of transformation. He plans to stay close to colleagues who use the technology daily, spending time with frontline teams to understand what works, identify improvements, and ensure their experience shapes technology priorities. He also aims to build strong partnerships across engineering, product, architecture and the wider business to turn priorities into meaningful technology and business outcomes.
