Receivers table two formal offers for Cue Clothing Co
Receivers FTI Consulting tabled two formal offers for Cue Clothing Co almost one month after the retailer entered administration and receivership. The offers come from Larry Kestelman’s Brand Collective and Justin Levis, son of founder Rod Levis.
At the start of the receivership process, Cue lost five stores from its network. FTI Consulting continues to meet with creditors and manage interest in the business. Brand Collective recently acquired Glue Store, The Dom and Running Bare, describing the move as a “significant step forward”.
“difficult decision,” FTI Consulting, Receiver said.
“These acquisitions demonstrate Brand Collective’s ongoing evolution and innovation as a business,” David Thomas, CEO of Brand Collective said.
Hilco Capital placed Cue Clothing Co into administration and receivership almost one month ago. At the start of the receivership process, the retailer lost five stores from its network.
