RedMart expands 30‑minute delivery across Singapore
RedMart expanded its 30‑minute RedMart Now grocery delivery service across Singapore this month, following a sixfold increase in orders since its February launch. The expansion was supported by two new fulfilment centres, one opened in August and another on October 1.
The service, which promises delivery in as little as 30 minutes, initially served selected areas in Singapore’s south and central regions before extending to the north and north‑east in August.
RedMart said customers increasingly use the rapid‑delivery option for smaller top‑up shops alongside larger, scheduled grocery orders, with a higher share of fresh produce, dairy and chilled items in those orders.
RedMart now offers more than 120,000 products, spanning groceries, fresh food, household essentials, imported goods and private‑label brands.
“The sixfold growth in orders shows that customers value having different options for different grocery needs. Whether it is a planned grocery shop or something they need at short notice, we want RedMart to be the go-to platform for both everyday groceries and life’s unexpected needs,” Martin Daney, head of RedMart said.
RedMart launched its RedMart Now rapid grocery delivery service in February, initially covering selected areas in Singapore’s south and central regions. It expanded to the north and north‑east in August before reaching eastern Singapore this month.
