Amazon adds persistent memory and Quick-Claude plugin to Seller Assistant
Amazon today added persistent memory and a new Quick-Claude plugin to Seller Assistant, which now reaches over 90% of Amazon’s selling partners worldwide. The update also includes a free 12-month Quick Plus subscription for sellers using the new plugin. The assistant retains a long-term record of each seller’s pricing trends, stock cycles, and growth targets, accessible whether they work in Seller Central, Quick or Claude.
Workflows let sellers automate routine tasks such as restocking and price changes, with full audit trails and seller-defined guardrails. The plugin brings Seller Assistant’s AI into Amazon Quick and a beta version of Anthropic’s Claude, allowing sellers to query their business data through natural conversation.
Amazon launched Seller Assistant in 2023 as a generative AI tool to answer questions and surface insights for sellers. After sellers said they wanted more automation, Amazon added agentic capabilities that let the assistant reason, plan, and act on a seller’s behalf.
