Target launches on Uber Eats offering one‑hour delivery from 20 stores
Target has launched its products on Uber Eats, promising delivery within 60 minutes from 20 store locations ahead of the holiday shopping period. Shoppers can order more than 25,000 items ranging from apparel to baby gear through the Uber Eats app at in‑store prices. The service will initially operate at 20 Target locations in high‑demand areas before a national rollout.
Prices for items on the Uber Eats platform match those in Target stores, while standard Uber Eats service and delivery fees still apply. The rollout aims to broaden Target’s digital presence and connect its e‑commerce channels with its physical store network. In addition to its own app, Target’s apparel is also sold through Kmart’s digital channels.
“Bringing Target onto Uber Eats means more of those everyday needs can arrive at their door in under an hour, making on-demand delivery useful for even more moments in their day,” Lucas Groeneveld, MD of Uber Eats for Australia and New Zealand said.
Earlier this year, Bunnings also launched on Uber Eats with over 30,000 products.
